Financial help that may be available to assist you to rent a property in South Norfolk
If you wish to rent a property in South Norfolk the following option may be available to assist you.
Rent in Advance and Deposit Scheme (RADS)
What is it?
The RADS scheme has been set up by South Norfolk Council to help people at risk of homelessness. The scheme may lend you the money to cover a months rent in advance and the damage deposit. You will have to pay this money back to the Council.
Who can apply?
Unfortunately the scheme is not open to all applicants so should contact the Council to see if you qualify for the scheme.
