Home Options is always looking to develop and improve the Scheme.  One of the main ways we do this is by reviewing our policy, procedures and template forms such as the application form.

We value our customer's input when making these improvements and you can have your say through this area of the website.

Proposed changes to the Allocations Policy for Norwich City Council

The Greater Norwich Home Options partnership, which has governed how social housing in Norwich, Broadland and South Norfolk has been allocated since 2007, is to be dissolved in April 2012.  Norwich City Council has approved the creation of an interim Norwich home options service based on the current service to run from April 2012. This will require an allocations policy.  While the new policy is based on existing sub-regional policy, a consultation to consider some changes is being held in order to improve the service and make it more efficient.
